Squads

England

Eon Morgan (c), Alex Hales, Jason Roy, David Wiley, Adil Rashid, Mark Wood, Tom Curren, Chris Volks, Joe Denly, Liam Plunkett, Joe Root, Johnny Bairstow, Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes and Moin Ali

West indies

Eoin Morgan also scored a century in the middle order but Jos Buttler's 150 *, which was played at a strike rate of around 200, which enabled England to break the 400-run mark.

In response, Chris Gayle put 14 sixes and 11 fours on 162 before being bowled by Ben Stokes. If Gayle lasted a little longer then the victory for the hosts would certainly be a win. Darren Bravo and Carlos Brathwaite also scored the fifties but the team could not capitalize in the last few overs and was less scoring.

5 wickets of Adil Rashid should be given credit because it was who had ensured victory for England. But the bowlers' choice was Mark Wood, who picked up four wickets and scored just 60 runs which was fantastic and referenced the match.

Fans were considered for some slam-bombed one-day cricket because England had scored a total of 418 runs in the last match.

Even this huge total was good at reaching the West Indies one time, but they eventually allied to 389 runs, with the match lost by 29 runs. Game changer Leggie was Adil Rashid who threw 48th over and took four wickets in five balls and hit a pagoda and sealed the deal.

Opener Johnny Bairstow and Alex Hales gave England a good start.
